Homecoming King and Queen 2018

Congratulations to Swaize Lee (women's  rodeo) and Damontrez Hawes (men's basketball) for being crowned the 2018 New Mexico Junior College Homecoming King and Queen.  The crowning ceremony was held on Monday the 26th of February during halftime of the men's basketball game.

Swaize Lee is a second year member of the rodeo team from Brownfield, TX and sported a 4.0 GPA during the fall semester of 2017.  Ms. Lee competes in the breakaway and team roping as well as barrel racing.  Damontrez is a second year member of the men's basketball team, he is from Augusta, GA.  "Trez" has averaged 11.5 points per game this season and been a major contributor to the program for both seasons.
