NMJC’s McLeod Brothers and Delinte Qualify for OC Short-Go

 

             Odessa College was the host college for the first of five 2018 NIRA/SWR Rodeos this spring, held in the Ector County Coliseum in Odessa, TX, this past week.  NMJC's team members qualifying for the short go round Saturday evening were Tyce McLeod and his younger brother Tee McLeod in steer wrestling and Logan Delinte in saddle bronc riding.

 

 

 

              Tyce McLeod in steer wrestling split 2nd/3rd/4th with the time of 4.6 sec. in the long go round, but had a No Time in the short go taking him out of the average.

 

 

 

              Tee McLeod in steer wrestling placed 6th with the time of 5.2 sec. in the long go round, but had a No Time in the short go taking him out of the average.

 

 

 

               Logan Delinte in saddle bronc riding scored 51 points in the long go round placing 9th, but had a No Scorer in the short go taking him out of the average.

 

 

 

              Next NIRA/SWR Rodeo for the NMJC Rodeo Team is a month away, March 22-24, 2018, the Ranger College Rodeo in Brownwood, TX.
