Enjoys hunting. playing the trumpet, piano, stand up bass, as well as the recorder in middle school. 

Caleb's father Andrew Lake, also rodeoed for NMJC and NMSU. Caleb has a Structural Welding certificate and graduated high school with a 4.0 GPA.
