T-Bird Women's Basketball Alumni Receives MVP Honors in NCCAA National Tournament

Thamires Andrade, former T-Bird from Brazil, was named the most outstanding player in the NCCAA National Tournament. Andrade now plays for the Southwestern Christian University Eagles, who are the 2022 NCCAA Division 1 women's basketball National Champions. 

Andrade was a member of the 2017-18 and 2018-19 NMJC women's basketball team. We are proud of you Thamires and are always happy to see former T-Birds make these great achievements!
